1. Three episodes of Pip Ahoy! (The Wrong Way Train, Stunt Gull Hopper and Anybody Seen Alan) are available for viewing on the Pip Ahoy! You Tube Channel. We grant access for you to view the three episodes of Pip Ahoy! For personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. The three episodes will be available to view on the Pip Ahoy! You Tube Channel from 1st December to 31st of December (inclusive) 2016. After this point they will be removed from the Pip Ahoy! You Tube Channel.
3. The three episodes will remain the property of CHF Pip Plc. You will not copy, transmit, distribute or publicly display the three episodes and respect the copyright of Pip Ahoy! Any infringement of these rights will bring action against you.
4. By viewing the episodes you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out in these terms.
5. CHF Entertainment reserves the right to amend these terms at any point and to remove the episodes at any point.
